Temperament

• Highly social and affectionate.

• Curious, playful, and intelligent.

• Generally super people obsesed, person space in not in most sphynx's personality, of course every cat is an individual.

Care & Maintenance

Despite being hairless, Sphynx cats require regular grooming:

• Ears: Clean weekly (They are prone to wax buildup)

• Nails: Trim and clean every week

Diet & Health

• Feed a high-quality, protein-rich diet

• Can have sensitive Tummies

• Keep warm — they may love clothes or heated beds, heated blankets are a hit always.

• Can be prone to Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)

Fun Facts

• Sphynx are often not truly "bald" — some have a fine layer of fuzz and some can grow fluffy hair mainly over winter. The level of hairlessness varies for each cat.

• Their body temperature is slightly higher than other cats.

• They love to snuggle under blankets and with people, even in summer.  

• Sphynx are Not Hypoallergenic, your reaction will depend if you are allergic to hair, saliva or dander.
